How it came to be...

In 1970 the Art and Craft world began to churn deeply for the 3 Trilogy men. Sam Sicola, and brothers, Tony and Salvatore Pardi began to get in touch with their artistic talents. They visited several leather shops while in Colorado Springs, Colorado and decided that they would venture into crafting their hand made product here in Alabama. They each tried several different crafts including pottery, sculpture, and sketching, finally landing on the fine art of leather tooling. They began their venture in the basement of Sam’s home and drawing support from friends and family to get the business off the ground, they bought their first leather hide in August, 1972. This ticket still hangs in the shop they now call home. The name Trilogy was chosen to signify the 3 of them.

A hobby inspires a desire to want more...

Trilogy began to surface at local Birmingham Arts and Craft fairs. Products included belts, buckles, also hand made, purses, and sandals. The fairs were a big hit and the guys were in business. Time off was spent locating and purchasing quality leather product to produce their wares. In late 1972, a store was located and a business was born.

Quality work from Quality Craftsmen...

Today, Trilogy puts the same quality into their handmade leather products, just the way that they did when the passion was new. They’ve now expanded their talents to include exotic leathers such alligator and crocodile. Their wares will offer years of durable service, while giving testament to the quality of their work. Stop by if you are in the area and meet the guys. The products are still created right there in the store, where you can watch and visit with the guys as they work. They look forward to creating a few quality leather goods for you.
